My current grilling weapon is a Weber Performer Stainless steel model (2002). This is my first Charcoal grill as I had only previously grilled on gas grills. If you are unfamiliar with this grill the Weber Performer is essentially a kettle grill with a work table attached.
It also has a storage bin to store you charcoal in. This also has a small propane tank attached which ignites a small burner. This burner is just below the charcoal grate so charcoal can be place over the burner either in a pile, in a char baskets, or a Chimney. Then the burner can be turned on to light the charcoal, then turned off once the charcoal is lite.
The small grill seen beside it is my camping and tailgating grill.
